这是一家西餐厅，餐厅的品牌名称为：祖母的厨房 ,面积约300㎡

这次为什么说它具备特殊性呢？

在面对当下整个经济形势以及行业大竞争的情况之下，设计解决的问题不光是功能问题、美学问题，

对于这样的商业空间项目来说，如何用较低的成本获得更大的IP以及流量，成为拙人当下思考的重要内容。

How to get better IP and traffic with lower cost has become the important content of the current thinking of ZMKE.

本次硬装的造价约1650元/㎡，软装的造价约为600元/㎡。

除此之外，还有一个较大的限制条件，整个施工周期为30到35天。

因此，这次主要面临的是低成本和短时间两个因素限制，

在这双重的限制因素之下要完成一个获客引流的餐厅空间作品。

在本次空间当中，我们尝试用一个形式感较强的元素来形成一个IP点。

于是我们就采取了阵列、连续+对称这样的形式法则，去创造一个变异的拱体。

除此以外，为了降低硬装的成本，我们尽可能的将空间腾出来，不在空间当中做大量的多余造型。

在材料选择上，我们这次选择的是较为普通的肌理漆与哑光木作，而把相应有质感的部分放在了软装定制的表达上。

In this space, we try to form an IP point with a strong sense of form.

So we adopted the formal rules of array, continuity + symmetry to create a variant arch.

In addition, in order to reduce the cost of hard installation, we make space as much as possible, not in the space to do a lot of modeling.In terms of material selection, 

we chose the more common texture paint and matte wood, and put the corresponding texture part on the expression of soft decoration customization.
